An exciting opportunity has arisen at Whiskey & Wealth Club for an ambitious and self-driven candidate to join a rapidly growing and exciting company where you will be an integral member of the team with unlimited opportunities for progression and growth.
The role is an extremely varied one, offering exposure to multiple functions and sectors of the business from logistics and operations to creative and social events. This provides candidates with endless opportunities for personal growth and development within the business and their own career.

Whiskey & Wealth Club is growing at a rapid rate; we recently opened an office in Sydney, Australia and will soon be opening an office in the US.
The company culture is very much one of "work hard and play hard". We regularly have social events with nights out, all expenses covered, and the offices in London are lively and spacious with a pool table and two bars!
The successful Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the administration team and wider office
- Executing administrative workflows, processes and procedures, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency
- First point of contact for the sale team
- Supporting the sales team
- Extensive diary management and scheduling for senior-level meetings
- Coordinating international and domestic travel itineraries and organizing travel arrangements as required, including trains, flights, hotel bookings, car hire, parking, currencies etc
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, invoices and deliveries
- Providing targeted support for ad hoc projects
- Data entry and maintaining trackers for documents and resources
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

- Fluently professional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude and a conscientious work ethic
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic and, at times, challenging but rewarding work environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and a "can do" attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work to a varied schedule based on the needs of the people and business operations you support
- Using CRM and reporting information - running reports
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
