We at The Noose and Monkey want every single person that walks through the door to have the best experience while they are with us. Customer service is the most important aspect of our business, and we only want the right people that can deliver. We host live blues nights and various other music events throughout the year, from funk and soul to funked up jazz. We are an award winning bar, winning gastro pub 2019, producing great fresh food and serving delicious dishes in surroundings like the jungle, we love plants!

The Role
Your role as Bar/Restaurant Duty Manager will be running your own shifts with a small team to supervise while on shift.
You will be very customer focused, ensuring all guests have the best time while they are with us.
Be able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
Ideally, you will have experience in making cocktails, but no stress if not.
About You
You'll have at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector. A knowledge of spirits and cocktails for this role would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker for the right candidate. We want you to be the face of the bar while running your own shift and have fun while you are it.
