RCF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD is a reputable company that specializes in providing property management services to clients. We are currently seeking qualified Plumbers and Heating and Ventilating Engineers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' properties are properly maintained by installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, heating and ventilation systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that values its employees and believes in providing a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing, heating and ventilation systems
- Test, troubleshoot and diagnose system problems
- Develop solutions for system problems and undertake necessary repairs
- Schedule and conduct regular maintenance and servicing of all heating and ventilation systems
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on systems
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as a Plumber or Heating and Ventilating Engineer
- A relevant qualification in Plumbing or Heating and Ventilating Engineering
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A clean driving license and access to reliable transport
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
