Essential Skills & Experience
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years of successfully handling a high volume of customer calls in a contact centre or similar environment.
- Flexibility to work changing shift patterns, which include evenings and weekends.
- Confident in using a variety of different software and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
