- Betreuung der Kunden und Ansprechpartner vor Ort in den Bereichen Montage und Qualität
- Erfassung, Analyse und Weiterleitung von Fehlermeldungen gemäß der 8D-Methodik an die Kunden und Produktionsstandorte
- Aktive Teilnahme an täglichen Regelrunden und deren Moderation
- Koordination von Nacharbeitsmaterialien sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Sortier- und Nacharbeitsmaßnahmen beim Kunden
- Unterstützung als Resident in anderen Kundenwerken und Mitwirkung bei Aufgaben des Qualitätskundencenters in Renningen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen, die durch eine äquivalente Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung erlangt wurden
- Erfahrungen in der Qualitätskontrolle und im Umgang mit dem Kabelsatz
- Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, auch im interkulturellen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
