As a Personal Assistant in our Chief Executive Office, youβll empower our CEO team to make the best use of their time by coordinating a range of administrative tasks on their behalf.
Day to day, youβll be:
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Preparing briefings and documents
- Managing diaries, maintaining mailboxes and responding to emails
- Coordinating activities and communications
- Processing expenses and invoices
To thrive in this role, youβll need experience of managing and coordinating diaries in a senior leadership support or business management role.
Youβll also demonstrate:
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work at pace
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
An understanding of the Chief Executive Office and how it interacts with the rest of our organisation would be helpful too.
What else you need to know- Weβre offering this role on a 12-month basis
- Most of your time will be spent working from one of our offices
- Youβll need to be willing to travel if required
- Weβll sometimes need you to be on-call to support our CEO and her team outside of your normal working hours
