Job description
To act as the first point of contact for complainants. To receive and process information on the telephone or in writing from members of the public who wish to make a complaint or have an enquiry about making a complaint and, where appropriate, record sufficient information to progress a complaint to the assessment stage.Person specification

Selection process details
Short listed candidates will be invited to take an online verbal reasoning assessment. Invitations and full instructions will be sent to you by our external consultant, Capita Resourcing, during the period Monday 19 June to Sunday 25 June.
If successful, interviews will be held on Tuesday 4 July 2023.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
