Job Description
As a Nisa Team Member (for G H Griffiths & Sons Ltd) you will deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product queries and providing a prompt service with a smile
What you’ll do as a Team Member
There’s lots involved in being a Nisa Team Member. The pace is always fast, with different duties to take on throughout your shift. Here are some of the key tasks:
- providing friendly, considerate customer service (and really getting to know customers)
- preparing and presenting our products, including from the bakery
- keeping the store well stocked and looking good
- thinking on your feet if there’s an issue or problem to solve

Store Team Member rates of pay are £7.70 per hour for 16-17 year olds, £11 per hour for those 18 and over.
Our stores are open when our customers need us, so we need candidates to be flexible of when they’re willing to work. At interview, we’ll ask you to provide additional times for when you can work during the week, we call this preferred availability. Our opening hours are Monday-Sunday 6am-10.30pm. Being able to work weekends is essential.
