Key Responsibilities and Duties of being a Care and Support Worker
- Providing Person-Centred Care Support to a range of service users, in their homes within the community, Residential Care Homes or in Hospitals
- Support with mobility (Hoisting)
- Support with Administration of Medicines
- Accompanying service users to appointments
- Food preparation (Fluids and Nutritional Intake)
- Respite Care
The position will be subject to satisfactory DBS and references.

Salary: £10.00-£16.18 per hour
