Accounts Payable Clerk

cargo-partner is now looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our exciting and diverse team in Manchester. The role of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to support cargo-partner UK and the Finance Manager in financial and administrative tasks. cargo-partner is a leading multinational freight forwarder and integrated logistics provider with a particular strength in international transport solutions. What you will be doing?

• Handling and receiving and posting operational and non-operational invoices
• Maintain vendor master data (address, bank details, e-mail etc.)
• Handling incoming dunning letters & statements, communication with vendors
• Ensuring payment of invoices within the agreed payment terms
• Identifying invoice disputes and resolving them in collaboration with operational department
• Working in SAP, AS400 & MS Excel
• Posting bank statements
• Interface errors processing
