We are looking for someone who is innovative, ambitious and motivated. Do you have an analytical mind? Do you love data and leveraging it to benefit your colleagues and patients?
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is inquisitive about getting to the root cause of problems to understand them in-depth. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence effectively verbally, in writing, and by presentation of data and trends.

The Trust is committed to helping you be the best you can be in your role, fully supporting you with your career development and aspirations. We will create a bespoke personal development plan with you, and your regular FABB (For a Better Bolton) check-ins with your line manager will ensure that plan remains on track.
You will be joining a fantastic NHS Trust, and our successes have been recognised regionally and nationally.
