Office Manager

Advanced Supply Chain are looking to welcome an energetic, people focused individual to become our Office Manager extraordinaire within our Freight Forwarding department. Our Office Manager will be responsible for organising and coordinating office administration and procedures, whilst making sure to create a fun and efficient work environment that helps the department run effectively.
Our Office Manager will be helping us develop intra-office communication protocols, streamline administration procedures to achieve optimal department efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for supporting an office of diverse people and ensuring high-levels of professionalism are maintained. This is a full-time permanent position, working at our Bradford site with a generous salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities of our Office Manager:

Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation Prepare reports and give presentations to the senior management team Organising and coordinating administration duties and office procedures Manage the team including training, performance management and career development of colleagues

Key skills and experiences of our Office Manager:

Proven experience as an Office Manager within a fast-paced environment Experienced in managing teams or people Freight Forwarding experience is desirable but not essential Experience in an administrative/office management role Experienced in creating management information packs for internal and customer use Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
